Return & Refund Policy

At PyaraGhar.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible product, you may request a return or exchange according to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with the original packaging, accessories, and any included items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide clear photos or a video of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review your request.

Once the issue is verified, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Change of Mind

Returns requested due to a change of mind may be accepted if the product is unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, customization, clearance, or other reasons. Any product-specific return restrictions will be mentioned on the relevant product page where applicable.

Return Process

To request a return, contact us at pyaraghaarpk@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and relevant photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using an available refund method.

Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to be completed. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For orders paid through Cash on Delivery, approved refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another mutually available payment method. We may request the necessary payment details to process the refund.

Shipping Charges

If a return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by us, applicable return shipping costs may be covered by PyaraGhar.pk. For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

Where available, eligible products may be exchanged for the same product or another suitable option. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation and may instead need to follow our return process.
